The rules of the account

Updated 16 October 2026 · Bayo Fesobi
If these rules are not acceptable, leave the form blank and leave the cashier alone. The privacy policy and the card on each offer join this agreement wherever they apply.
1. Who is allowed in
You are 18 or older, and you are in a place where the games you pick may be offered. One person holds one profile, in that person’s own name. The name matches the identity papers and the rail that pays. A profile opened for someone else, or filled with invented details, can be shut.
2. Looking after the login
The password stays with you. Play under that login is treated as yours until you tell the desk the login is no longer safe. The profile may be frozen while identity, source of funds, offer use or a security incident is checked. You may ask for it to be closed at any time, once an open cashout and any locked offer funds are finished.
3. Money in and money back
The cashier shows the rails open to you. Floors, caps and any fee are on that screen before you confirm. The wait follows the size: £300 or less by the next working day, then longer bands out to 30 days, as written on payments. A weekend or a public holiday is not counted. Money goes back by a route in the holder’s name. A later chargeback can cancel winnings that came from that stake.
4. Optional matches
You can decline every promotion. The opening match is cut across three payments and can reach £3,000 and 250 rounds. Matched cash is cleared 40 times and round winnings 30 times, inside five days, unless that offer’s card says something else. Accepting the card binds you to it. Winnings can stay locked until the multiple is done. An offer, and winnings that exist only because of it, can be removed if the profile breaks the card or these rules.
5. Results and mistakes
A reel result comes from a certified generator, or from the live game as it was dealt. A malfunction voids the round it touched. An obvious error in a price, a paytable or a balance can be put right. A live table may refuse a bet that arrives late.
6. Conduct that closes the profile
- Bots, collusion, a stolen card, or another person’s identity.
- Offer abuse that uses staking patterns the card forbids.
- An attack on the site, or interference with other players.
- A chargeback after the balance has already been used to play.
Stakes can be voided, offers removed, and the profile closed. Cash that remains, after deductions the law allows, is returned where it is allowed to be paid.
7. If you disagree with an outcome
Mail [email protected] from the inbox on the profile and say what went wrong. The aim of that review is a clear outcome. If you are still unhappy after it, use the dispute route that applies to the profile.
